We have about a week for a February vacation. We would fly into Luis Munoz and we want to spend most of our vacation on Vieques, but we’d like to spend about a day in El Yunque (maybe some bird-watching) before going on to Vieques. We’d prefer not to do any driving until after we’re on Vieques. Is there a good way to transport ourselves and our luggage? Any suggestions for where to stay near El Yunque?
